Andrew Bourne
Andrew Bourne is General Manager of The Parks Villages Group and is responsible for overseeing all day to day operations of our Villages.
Andrew has extensive industry experience, having worked in the Retirement Living sector for the past 15 years. He has worked as a key member of The Parks Villages Group for the past seven years. Andrew has previously been Chairman of the Retirement Living Council of South Australia (a division of the Property Council of Australia) and is also an active member of the Victorian Retirement Living Council. Andrew has recently completed his Masters of Business Administration.
Andrew is an excellent communicator and has built very strong working relationships with residents of our Villages. His son Spencer also works in our business, as Administration and Sales Support, and Andrew's wife Susan and daughter Aileen are often out and about attending village functions.
