Dear Friends of Westport Estate

Well first of all I would like to thank all of you who enquired about Westport Estate over the last couple of months.

What a busy time it has been and we have been overjoyed with the response we have received as we launched Westport this past month.

We’ve been marketing in the local papers and a couple of local magazines as well as through Facebook and Instagram and we have had enquiries from all over the Macedon Ranges as well as some from further afield. We have as a consequence, had a lot of visitors to the site ,with many coming back a number of times to enjoy the gardens and to register their interest for us to hold a home in their name. In fact we have almost sold out the whole of stage 1 which has brought forward our release of stage 2. A number of people have also made us aware that they would be keen to secure homes once we get accurate timing on our construction schedule.

To that end we are over the next few weeks reviewing our CIVIL design meaning the underground engineering of stormwater, water, telecommunications, electricity and sewer networks and we anticipate lodging those designs with the appropriate authorities by mid winter. We are very hopeful still of commencing works onsite for building roads and services toward the end of the year.

It is Fran and my intention to keep you up to date with a monthly communication from hereon in and from next week, we will both be onsite Wednesdays or by appointment. (I won’t be onsite every week but I'm happy to meet you when its mutually agreeable). Always best to call ahead, so that we can make time available for you.

We will also being adding a Frequently Asked Question's (FAQ's) section to the website. This will answer a lot of the detail you may have questions about, so keep an eye out for that.
